  I was disappointed with the service. Some of the staff came across as quite rude, and the waiting time was very long. It would have been helpful if they had given an estimated waiting time or kept us updated.

  Prescriptions always take nearly a week to be prepared. Then when it is finally ready they couldnt find it so I had to go back again the next day. Then this month the pharmacist very rudely told me that they werent going to be open until 9am as they had no staff. Even though she was standing there and could have served me. There was no apology or politeness about it. She couldnt even be bothered to actually come over to the counter, just shouted over to me from the back, without even bothering to look up !

  Need to brush up on their customer service and communication skills big time! Too often left waiting for a text that doesn't arrive, slow, don't inform you of items out of stock (you end up having to ring to find out their waiting for items to come into stock) Telephone / face-to-face manner can be rude, abrupt and cold at the best of times. (except Claire) You can get there bang on 1 p.m. to be greeted by the sign on the counter saying they're closed between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and although there are numerous staff behind the counter, will they do the decent thing and get you the prescription that is already made up and ready for collection, like hell they won't! Jobsworth! Because of this myself and my partner are looking to change pharmacies. The only bright spark amongst the gloom is the lovely Claire. She's a breath of fresh air!

  Drove from burntwood to specifically collect a prescription, that I received a text for, stating ready for collection. Checked opening hours before leaving. Arrived at 13.01 pm, to be greeted with a message placed by the till that read - closed 13.00 to 14.00. Staff still visibly present in the pharmacy kept their heads down not making any eye contact. Wasted journey!

  Absolutely brilliant and helpful people in this pharmacy, true professionals who realise that people going to them need in one or another way a little bit of support. Every time I go to collect my prescription they are with a lovely smile and also very tactful when asking professional questions. Well done, keep the good work on.
