Very poor service. Prescriptions take a week to prepare, items often out of stock or just straight up not picked correctly and the customer service and tone you get from the majority of staff is appalling. Worst pharmacy I have ever used, will be changing asap.

I wasn’t happy with my experience. The staff did not seem very friendly, and I had to wait a long time without any clear information. It would really improve the service if they could communicate better and let customers know how long things are likely to take.

I was disappointed with the service. Some of the staff came across as quite rude, and the waiting time was very long. It would have been helpful if they had given an estimated waiting time or kept us updated.
