- TJTimothy JarvisAug 24, 20265.0Booking process was very good, I got an appointment for the same day. The appointment was carried out after only a couple of minutes waiting. I had an OCT scan before seeing the optician. I then received a thorough eye examination, and was given the opportunity to discuss some other concerns that I had. I then underwent pressure and fields tests. Very satisfied with my visit.

- LPLisa PressAug 20, 20263.0My optometrist was great, she was thorough and friendly but I was not treated well by the first girl who took me in for for the initial tests with the air blowing in my eye and the balloon, she was very rude - no explanation as to what I should do or warning about the air. I had to shimmy my chair across from one machine to the other with a bad back and was simply told “put your chin on there”. On arrival she was quite rude after another staff member had told me to take a seat she challenged me as to why I was walking to the seating area, she was quite confrontational and not at all friendly, she clearly hates her job. Thank goodness for the nice lady who did my main eye test. My over-priced new lenses came quickly, this was a blessing as I was without adequate glasses for a few days. They also wanted to charge me a fee to replace the lenses into glasses that I bought from there last time. Although not my best experience I have been coming here for years without complaint.
