  Really pleased with the help I received, hopefully all that was offered works and my sunglasses are fixed , they were Ray Bans my late husband had brought for me , which sadly one of the lenses broke. The guy who served me was very informative and compassionate ,very efficient . I’m looking forward to receiving my sunglasses back mended and ready to wear Thank you

  I was mis-sold new glasses. The store recommended optional bifocal lenses, but the new glasses were worse than my old ones and wouldn't focus properly. After comparing my prescriptions, they agreed the issue was the added +0.75 reading correction. I only bought new glasses because they advised my prescription had changed, not because I needed bifocals. Despite being within the 100-day satisfaction guarantee, I was told I couldn't switch to single-vision lenses and get a refund for the bifocal upgrade until a manager was available, meaning another trip to the store. Very disappointing experience.

  The best opticians by a mile, I’ve been with vision express for over 20 years and no one comes close. The eye care and contact lense check ups are brilliant.

  I don’t think you could find better staff than at vision express Southampton, everybody there was so friendly and professional. I couldn’t quite believe how wonderful they were!

  Recently switched to Vision Express from Specsavers and the difference is definitely noticeable. I had my first appointment and can’t fault them. I had tests done that I’d never had done in ten years of wearing glasses, the optician himself was super friendly and explained my prescription changes, even letting me see the difference from my old prescription to new. I had a concern about my eyes and he completely put me at ease, doing further tests at no additional cost just in case. Their eye care plan is a bargain, offering 20% discount or 30% with blue light/student. The assistant helping me with my purchase was knowledgeable and friendly too, not even batting an eye with my million and one questions whilst I kept changing my mind (sorry 😅). I genuinely can’t flaw the experience at all. If you’re debating changing, do it! Thanks so much guys!
