  I went there on Saturday after dinner, but unfortunately it was already closed. I checked online beforehand, and it said they were open until 8pm, but when I arrived, a member of staff told me they had changed their closing time to 5pm. It was very disappointing, especially as the updated opening hours hadn’t been reflected online. I hope they can update their information so other customers don’t make the same wasted trip.

  Outstanding service from Paula and her team - I was in a lot of pain and being batted from pillar to post with GPs and hospitals and nothing improving, and Paula patiently sat me down and targeted exactly what I needed and for the first time I actually felt listened to by an expert. Thank you!

  I drove over to pick up a prescription after checking the Tesco website, which stated the pharmacy was open until 20:00. I arrived at 18:30 to find it closed. If Tesco wants to maintain customer trust, keeping their opening hours accurate and up to date is the bare minimum. Experiences like this make it hard to feel valued as a customer, and I’ll be choosing a different pharmacy in future.

  Pointless. The pharmacy is never open. They just close it when they feel like it

  Told to go to my GP. Went to another pharmacy. Was seen by the pharmacist and he gave me antibiotics. Took them 5 minutes. I understand it's busy but wasn't even seen by the Tesco pharmacist.
