  Firstly I was amazed at the store and how professional but welcoming it looked so clean and everything priced labeled up and showing different styles and different types of glasses Then to the service I received Megan in store was amazing explaining different types of metas for me and styles and benefits of the different generations Then going through the different transitions honestly absolutely credit to your company not just the store Helped me with pricing and then explained the eye care plan that is a game changer ! If Megan sees this thank you so much

  These lot are absolutely amazing... They really look after you... Not just when you're buying a new pair of glasses... The aftercare is unbelievable... A great team and a real credit to the vision express brand. If I wasn't a returning customer I certainly would be now... Well done to Jon & his whole team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  I went it for a very late eye test yesterday evening and I must say the service was fantastic!! The Young Irish lad who did my first initial bits of tests with the air in the eyes and scanning my eyes was like a breath of fresh so polite and well mannered and really helpful. The optometrist was really professional too and gave great advice. I then had to have new glasses and the gentleman helping me I can’t remember his name I think it was ranjit or rahjit (rubbish at remembering names very sorry) he helped pick the right frames that suited my face shape and the right colour too!, he also explained the different types of thinning as light to me aswell as I have no clue what they mean , I was there till 5:45pm and they shut at 5:30pm this gentleman along with another lady with blonde hair in a bun were both so nice and still helpful even though it was time for them to go home, they didn’t make me feel bad or unwanted !! I can’t wait to collect my glasses and this will be my regular optician from now on thankyou !!xx

  Took my mum in for an eye test. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The optom testing my mum took her time to ensure the test was thorough. The young lady at the front was super helpful with helping us pick glasses. I will highly recommend this store!

  I had an issue with my frames in that the arm had broken off quite unexpectedly. The Manager in the Hanley store was super quick to resolve this in an extremely customer friendly and courteous way ensuring that I was left the store with a new pair of glasses. Fabulous service.
