The team at Woking Vision Express has been so amazing. They are all great, however I want to particularly thank Maria for her patience and support. She listened to me and made sure that my glasses were absolutely right for me. She went way above and beyond to ensure I left happy. She really made my day!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Experience! I recently visited Vision Express in Woking with my mum for her eye test, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. My mum is a wheelchair user, and I really appreciated how understanding, patient and accommodating everyone was throughout our visit. I would especially like to mention a young gentleman called Muhammad, who was absolutely brilliant! His kindness, patience and reassuring manner towards my mum made such a difference. He made her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the eye test process, which meant a great deal to me. The whole experience was extremely positive, and I felt that my mum was treated with genuine care, dignity and respect. It’s lovely to see people who not only do their jobs professionally but also show such compassion and understanding towards their customers. A huge thank you to Muhammad and the entire team at Vision Express Woking. Your kindness and excellent customer service certainly didn’t go unnoticed. I would highly recommend you! ❤️

Terrible service at Vision Express. They book too many people for the same time slot, leaving customers waiting for over an hour with barely any seating. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I eventually left without my appointment. I would not recommend this branch. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

My Husband and i used Vision Express Woking, until we moved away from the area and always very pleased with them. We then went to Vision Express where we now live in Chichester and they are not a patch on the Woking store in fact we both had problems which they didn't want to address I with prescription, my Husband his glasses ordered not right, so we went back to Woking and explained this the store manager there, he could not of been more helpful arranged my Husbands glasses to be sorted out and even said would post to him, all done within a week. Thank you store Manager sorry i cant recall your name
