- LHLindsay Hendrick1 day ago5.0I have always had a positive experience with my daughter at this store and was advised to take her here when she was discharged from the opthalmologist at the hospital because of how thorough they are. Today, I went because I had an eye concern which was really worrying me. I saw Saad Sohail and explained my concern and anxiety. Saad couldn't have been more thorough. He asked me lots of questions, took images, put dye in my eye so he could look behind it and did a really thorough investigation despite already having a hunch of what the problem was. He noticed that my current prescription also needed checking. I left with a diagnosis which was explained to me in medical terms and lamens terms, eye drops, an eye mask and healing instructions. I was so anxious that something more sinister was wrong that I could have cried 🤦🏻♀️ Saad really knew his stuff and was incredibly reassuring. He showed me the images and what each bit was and why he knows it was nothing sinister. I always praise the staff at this branch because of their service to my daughter who has special needs, but today, Saad was especially incredible. Thank you
