- MRmatthew RockliffeSep 7, 20261.0Very disappointed had an appointment turned up in time 20 minutes after my appointment should have started was still waiting. In the end had to leave so maybe 1 star is generous as I went to have my eyes tested and cam away with nothing despite having a booked appointment. In response to your reply I would like this to unfold on the review what is it you propose doing to get back my wasted hour and a half (including the round trip) that had no purpose. I have looked at the generic link of customer services you have sent me to. I find this an insult and an attempt to show you care in response to a bad review about my time wasted when clearly you do not. ( This bad review I might add sits above another bad review!) Maybe a lesson for your customer services is damage control, don't make a half hearted attempt to care when you do not. You wasted my time and then offer me the run around through a generic customer services link, wasting more of my time! An apology though only done to try and repair you image I would have left, but to suggest your customer service would be happy do deal with this and then a generic web address is insulting WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? You have my name on the review you only need to look at your bookings and contact me THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You want this to look good on the review the again; I ask again what is it your customer service is proposing to do ?
