- SRSs RrApr 2, 20262.0I would give 5 star to booking and front desk workers. However there is a huge gap with all eye sight testing organisations including Vision express when having eye tests by workers who are not expert doctors. In the past few years I rapidly had my eye tests and was given new glasses which did not help my vision at all. I suffered to a point that I had to stop working 2 years ago due to blurt vision even after my regular eye tests and buying new glasses. After 2 years struggling, and insisting that I needed to be referred to a proper eye specialist doctor, a lovely lady Fatima pushed my case and referred me to see an eye doctor at hospital. The Doctor immediately said that I had cataract that needed immediate operation. That’s why new glasses didn’t work. The significant problem is that Vision Express workers are trained, not specialist expert doctors. Another significant problem is that these trained workers miss some crucial eye conditions and therefore don’t refer customers to hospital doctors timely when the customers need it. Delays have significant impact on customers vision deterioration , life, work, safety and wellbeing I sincerely hope that higher level Vision Express managers / directors read my feedback.
- RRrockySep 7, 20255.0the manager here is very beautiful,smart and outstanding.she does her job incredibly well in timely fashion! i believe her name is louise😆!i like to stand outside tesco most mornings and she’s always on time to work.very well done louise,i always see her doing kind gestures like paying for people groceries,always seeing her smile at people and i can always hear her laugh even when im on the other side of the shop,she’s got that kinda laugh that makes everyone else light up with joy.
