  Totally useless went for a prescription and only given half. Rang GP and found the request for all medication had been sent. Now have to go again and stand in the heat for 10 minutes while they look again.

  Really poor service. Booked a chickenpox vaccination a few weeks ago online, received a confirmation as well as an email reminder yesterday. Went today for the appointment and was met with baffled faces. Was told they’d looked at the bookings a few days ago and hadn’t seen any appointments scheduled. Sat waiting for over 15 minutes to then be told that they hadn’t seen an appointment and didn’t have any in stock and did I want to go to Addlestone instead. Such a poor experience.

  Terrible service. Doctor sent a prescription to them which they claimed they hadn’t been sent. Told a 20min wait which was approaching an hour after then losing it. Pharmacist even took a customer for a consultation behind us in the queue without signing off the prescription. Absolute shambles and a disgrace to Tescos. Will not be going there again.
