Always thought of joining a David Lloyd and was passing by this one today so I popped in. I was greeted by Amy from the sales team who showed me around and answered all my questions. The facilities are so nice and I can’t wait to get started. Thank you Amy for seeing me so last minute and for being so patient with me!

An outstanding experience with Btisam! I honestly had such an amazing experience and tour with Btisam. She completely changed my mindset in just 10 minutes! I went in not expecting to join at all, as I’m usually someone who likes to take my time making decisions, but she was so welcoming, professional and genuinely passionate about what she does that I ended up joining on the day! Btisam has a real talent for her job. She knows how to connect with people, understand their needs and make them feel confident and excited about their decision. Her communication skills are exceptional, and the fact that she speaks three languages is such an incredible asset. She has so much potential, and I can genuinely see her going very far in her career. She changed my perspective. Her enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism really stood out to me. A real credit to the team and a fantastic example of what great customer service should look like. If every experience was like this, joining would be an easy decision! Thank you, Btisam, for such a brilliant experience.
