I felt a real sense of unity and focus on the importance of customer service by everyone at the store. Their prices are transparent and very competitive for the quality they provide. I found their eyecare plan incredibly helpful, as it allows you to spread the cost of two pairs of glasses over two years, completely interest free. It’s also reassuring to know that they will replace the prescription lenses free of charge if your prescription changes within 15 months. Overall, a fantastic experience from ordering to collection with a huge well done to the whole team — thank you!

On top of that, their prices are ridiculously high compared to competitors. I’m so glad I decided to shop around instead of going ahead with their quote — I ended up saving myself £510!!! Same prescription, same products elsewhere, massively cheaper. Do yourself a favour: don’t take their word for it. Get other quotes first. This place is seriously overpriced and the customer service is awful.
