  I went a few weeks ago with my fiancé and family and we had the best afternoon. Myself and my fiancé have started to get into tennis so we spend the morning on the tennis court trying to pretend to be pros😂 courts were nice and tidy and can’t wait to go again, we then spent the rest of the afternoon at the outside pool and it was amazing. It was a super hot afternoon so after tennis it was great to cool off!!!! We will be back very soon!!!

  The best experience ever! I’m definitely coming back! My friend and I had a quality time moment 🤍 That’s both our love language. We didn’t use the gym but we used the sauna, the pool and I can tell you that it was mentally refreshing for us yunno. We laughed through out! Chatted with strangers and it’s safe to say that the experience was 10/10.

  I visited on Saturday the 13th for a tour of the facilities with Georgie. She was extremely helpful and gave me a great overview of everything on offer. The club has a great selection of activities on offer and the pool and courts are perfect for summer activities.

  We had an excellent experience visiting David Lloyd Cheam, thanks to Georgie. She showed us around the club and was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic throughout the tour. Georgie took the time to explain all the facilities and membership options clearly, answering our questions with patience and professionalism.

  Be very cautious before signing up. I joined on the basis that there was a 14-day cooling-off period if I changed my mind — which is a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — and was verbally reassured of this by staff before I committed. When I decided to cancel within that period (having never used the club), what should have been a straightforward process turned into weeks of being ignored, passed between staff, and given false assurances. I received written confirmation that my cancellation and refund had been processed — only to later receive an automated payment failure notice suggesting my membership was still active. In total I made approximately seven phone calls and sent five emails to resolve a cancellation I was legally entitled to. Management showed no accountability or apology when I raised my concerns directly. The refund was eventually processed, but only after sustained and exhausting effort on my part. If you are considering joining, please be aware that exercising your legal right to cancel may not be as simple as you are led to believe.
