  David Lloyd Cheam staff are absolutely amazing, very professional, helpful and accommodating specially Amanda Bushaway ! I lost my glasses at the club, she went out of her way to help me find them! Without those I wouldn’t be able to get home!! Thank you sooooo much! I have also done some of her classes, they are always fully booked and brilliant! Well done

  Jacks introduction to the cheam club was brilliant informative and supportive, I was introduced to kickstart sessions and a brilliant tour, 100% recommend.

  I would strongly advise people to ignore the many positive reviews. The team do encourage people to leave these reviews but you'll see a lot of them are just people giving 5 stars and saying how nice the sign up was. But I would suggest you do not join this club. They charge a premium and once you've paid you're essentially out of sight out of mind after that to them. You might think they would be encouraging but when I came back from a break I got a quite demotivating negative comment from reception about not understanding why people like me don't go when they're members paying all that money. I would recommend you guys try to flip that and be positive when people come back for the first time in a while. Try a positive welcome back and a well done. The only time I had to contact the centre was 5 days ago when I emailed them about my membership (on 25 September 21.20 if you want to look it up) and it doesn't massively surprise me that after 5 days waiting (and counting) I still haven't had a reply. That fits my picture of a gym that is more than happy to collect membership fees but not really willing to provide a human service. I would say the gym instructors are super nice but that's an added extra so I'm not including them in this feedback. So I'd really strongly like to encourage you to look elsewhere. The nearby gyms in cheam and epsom also have good facilities and won't cost you anywhere near as much money as this place. I'm just really disappointed with it. Don't think that this provides a premium service. I'm sure it works for some people.

  The sales team at David Llloyds cheam were exceptional. They truly gave me a 5* experience. From the first conversation they make me feel special. On the tour they welcomed me and gave a detailed tour of the facilities. Since I have joined the facilities are the best I’ve experienced in the area and I have really enjoyed my time here so far.

  I joined DL and had 1-to-1 swimming lessons every other week with Dan for four months to improve my swimming. Dan was a brilliant and very patient swimming instructor. He broke everything down into manageable steps, paid close attention to my technique, and was always responsive to the areas I wanted to improve. He created an encouraging environment and each lesson was productive. In a relatively short space of time, my swimming ability and confidence have improved significantly. I would highly recommend swimming lessons at DL to anyone looking to improve their swimming, whatever their starting level.
