Optometrist was very helpful and took time to explain every step of my eye test and eye health. The optician assistant was great too and took me through my options for glasses. Very grateful for the service at Staines branch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I honestly cannot praise the team enough for the amazing experience I had. From the moment I walked into the store, I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and completely at ease. The level of customer service I received was exceptional, and every member of the team went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. A special mention to Allan, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. His professionalism, friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and ensured I felt looked after every step of the way. The optometrist was also fantastic, and although I unfortunately cannot remember her name, she deserves just as much recognition for the excellent service and care she provided. The other gentleman at the front desk was equally welcoming, helpful and professional. What really stood out to me was that the team didn’t make me feel like just another customer. They made the whole experience feel personal, reassuring and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across a team where every single interaction leaves such a positive impression. The experience was so good that I even made a point of speaking directly to the store manager to explain how well I had been treated. I felt it was important that the team received the recognition they truly deserve. Allan, the optometrist and the gentleman at the front desk are a real credit to the store. Customer service like this should never go unnoticed, and I hope this feedback reaches all three of them. Thank you for making what could have been an ordinary appointment such a brilliant experience. I would happily recommend this store to anyone based on the outstanding service I received. Keep up the fantastic work! 👏

The service at Vision Express Staines has been exceptional. Both the Manager and the Optomitrist spent time to ensure my new glasses would be effective.
