A pharmasist called Hemish, a bald man has very poor customer service experience. He has short temper and argumentative. He is not helpful at all. We love Tesco and will remain as a loyal customer. But we don't appriciate his aggressive attitude. There are other decent qualified pharmacist out there! Tesco has a reputation and should stick to it. Thank you.

Appalling service today on a bank holiday. Was supposed to pick up a prescription issued by 111 at 11.15am but when I got there their systems were down. The lady took my number and said they would ring once back up. Did my shopping and returned at end to check and still not sorted. So went home. Several hours later still no news. At 3.30pm I went back as no call and no one answering my calls. I was desperate for my antibiotics. I got there and was told the system was still not up but they hoped it would be by the morning. I said I couldn’t wait that long as I had an infection. The lady then informs me that as they haven’t actually accessed the prescription that I could get it elsewhere!! Why the hell did they not tell me that at 11.15am. Customer service was appalling - others were also having the same issue!!!! Thank goodness for the helpful staff at Boots instead

I visited Tesco Pharmacy in the evening on Friday last week, my daughter had a bad cough that she couldnt get rid of, so I hoped I could get help from the Pharmacist. I informed the teller that I need to talk to the pharmacist, unfortunately the pharmacist was on the phone, he couldnt be bothered, so after about 5-10 minutes of waiting we decided to go outside to get mobile reception as I was waiting for a parcel delivery. When we returned, the same pharmacist was in front of the computer, having his dinner. The teller informed him we wanted to see a pharmacist and he couldnt be bothered, he asjed the teller to ask us what the issue was and then the teller returned to him and informed him. It was madness. I dont know how such a person can keep a job.
