  Fantastic service at Vision Express, Redhill! A big thank you to all the staff at the Redhill branch, especially Fatima Patel, who tested my eyes and explained different options available suiting my prescription. Fatima was genuinely lovely, patient and so well-spoken. She took the time to explain everything about the lenses and the different options available, making sure I understood everything properly. Even though my appointment was only booked for 25 minutes, she never once made me feel rushed. She was happy to spend extra time answering my questions and explaining things in detail. That level of patience and care really makes a difference. These days, ordering Meta Gen 3 glasses online is just a click away, but having someone like Fatima guide you through the options and help you make the right choice is invaluable. It’s staff like her who make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. A real credit to Vision Express! Thank you, Fatima, and the whole Redhill team, for such a great experience.

  So much waiting. Went to collect my glasses that I have to wait for 45 mínutes. Rude behaviour as well

  wean i was in hounslow they wear good and they make shure of the glass befor collection it atlist takes a week to make it and it was good for my vision but hir they sayd the glass will be ready in 2 weeks but in two days they txtd me to collect and i did but the quality is not the same i told them and tey tack it back to fix it i also see the doctor again and he sayd he changd it and again in two days they txtd me to collect and i did but they give me the same glass no change .
