  wean i was in hounslow they wear good and they make shure of the glass befor collection it atlist takes a week to make it and it was good for my vision but hir they sayd the glass will be ready in 2 weeks but in two days they txtd me to collect and i did but the quality is not the same i told them and tey tack it back to fix it i also see the doctor again and he sayd he changd it and again in two days they txtd me to collect and i did but they give me the same glass no change .

  Service here is usually good but unfortunately I have been struggling with my latest pair of glasses. The fitting this time is really very poor and the one staff member I have been dealing with does not really care if they fit comfortably or not. I have been back twice and they still do not fit me properly. I will have to go back a third time this weekend. The glasses when they first arrived were visibly crooked and far too tight, then after adjusting they were far too loose and literally falling off my face all week. After a second round of adjustments they are now digging into my ear and skull again, giving me headaches. Really very unpleasant. I have worn glasses all my life. It should not be so hard for a professional service to get the correct fit. I’m really disappointed with the lack of care, concern and service this time round.

  **4.5 Stars** I recently visited this Vision Express branch and received excellent service. My optician was great, and I wasn’t rushed through any of the process. Lucy helped me choose glasses and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Thank you so much for your assistance!
