  Have had several poor experiences with this pharmacy. Staff seem quite incompetent. Very unhelpful. Never seem to have anything in stock and often say they can't order basic things in - provide no explanation and tell you to go somewhere else.

  12/08/2026 Very rude older asian lady , can’t understand her accent , unhelpful! Couldn’t process simple check of prescription without rolling her eyes!

  The worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced in my life . They’re so so slow. The pharmacy meant to be opened at 8 , 5 past 8 and still shut , needs my medicine and in a hurry to go to work . The behaviour wasn’t nice .

  Apparently prescriptions are only held for 28 days. There is no signage that states this and apparently it's MY fault I didn't know this and couldn't get to the pharmacy in the time between my GP ordering my prescription (I did tell them it was too early) and me having a clear day to pick up. The pharmacist then decided to gaslight me by telling me, "To stop receiving SMS please speak to our pharmacy team" on my text alert was a sign for me to come in and get my prescription before they sent it back. I was then told that the GP requesting my medication early was "between me and my GP". Simply stating, sorry, we only hold meds for 28 days so we returned it rather than constant blaming would have been nice! The other staff here are usually good but this person in particular gets the thumbs down.
