  I was not informed of the waiting times today. I had to collect urgent prescriptions on behalf of other clients. I had a member of the team apologise and inform me the pharmacist was just doing it. Over One hour later someone cane back to me asked the names of the clients and came back to me within seconds, I'm pretty sure they had been done and were there waiting and forgotten about. Had I have been informed of the wait I could have left and returned. An elderly gentleman was also left waiting having been told 15 minutes and way past this time. No chairs so he was left standing with a wlaking aid. Not atall impressed.

  Called the Tesco Pharmacy on 20th March, to check on prescription and the guy at the pharmacy asking what do you want? Instead of saying how can I help you that should have been the etiquette. I asked him if I can come on Monday and he said there would not be the pharmacist on Monday, I didn’t get him on this so is the pharmacy close on coming Monday? Very rude☹️

  Beyond unreliable: didn’t have the prescription sent over by they hospital, no attempt to help at all - couldn’t contact the hospital to help. Went back the next day to finally fill the prescription and they were randomly closed. This type of poor service has happened more than once at this pharmacy. Will never use them again.
