  Appalling experience in Vision Express Farnham and looking at the last reviews it doesn’t look like I am the only one. I had an appointment 10th October. The eye test went well but the optician wanted to look at a further test on my eye. I was taken to the front of the shop and left. Meanwhile walk in after walk in was over taking my place to proceed with looking at new glasses. The store was utter chaos. I spoke to an assistant who then realised I had been waiting a very long time. I was then told someone would be with me after their lunch. I spent way too much of my Saturday wasted in this store. Finally someone saw me by which point my anxiety was through the roof and I had to leave without a conclusion and pay for the privilege of such experience. I contacted customer services and after nearly 2 weeks and a chase up I have received no response. Plenty of great independent opticians in Farnham I would check these out before using Vision Express Farnham you will likely receive much better service elsewhere. Customer service 0! Perhaps prioritise people who have bothered to make an appointment. I have waited too long for customer service to reply and this is the outcome.

  We have been going here 24/7 for eye test and glasses and things. And they were very rude to us today. We will not be going back. We will not see you again !!!!
