  Came in for a tour with Lilia and she was excellent. Knowledgeable, took the time to understand what I was after, and showed me everything I asked to see. Impressive club too, three saunas, a great spa and a big gym that still felt workable at peak. Thanks Lilia.

  I’m a new member of the club. The club itself is great, and I really love the facilities, so this one-star rating is not a reflection of that. My issue is with the customer service, which has been diabolical. Since joining, I’ve been given constant incorrect information and have had to repeatedly call to chase things up, despite being told by staff that issues were being dealt with. I was also overcharged for my membership. I was told by two different members of staff that I would receive a refund and an email confirming this, but on both occasions, this failed to happen. It’s embarrassing for a company that charges premium prices to have such disorganised customer service. The facilities are excellent, but the level of customer service I’ve experienced so far has been extremely disappointing.

  We’ve just joined David Lloyd Epsom as a family after being shown round the club by the lovely Lilia. She was very friendly and welcoming and shared lots of useful and good to know knowledge about the club and all the things it has to offer. Lilia made the whole joining process really easy and stress free, so thank you so much Lilia!

  THIEVES OPERATE IN THIS CLUB I’m a member of David Lloyd Epsom and recently had personal valuables stolen from my locker. Exactly four weeks later, my locker was broken into again. Thankfully there was nothing of value inside. When my belongings were stolen, I was told they had already received other reports. I’ve since heard of other members having items stolen too. Had I been warned, I would never have left anything in my locker. I understand David Lloyd may not be legally liable for stolen belongings. That’s not my issue. My issue is the complete lack of communication. I’ve asked for the matter to be escalated to the regional manager. Zero response. The club is perfectly capable of communicating when the water is being turned off, the club is closing or the kitchen is unavailable. Yet when lockers are being broken into, there seems to be no urgency to warn members. I’m not asking for compensation. I’m asking for basic communication and a duty of care to other members. If lockers are being targeted, why aren’t members being told?

  Tried to attend a class and left in good amount of time, hiwever was very disappointed as I couldn't park in car park and had to miss the class. I telephoned to inform them I had been waiting for a space for over 15mins-to then layer recieve a no show notification!!
