  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing team and experience at Vision Express 36 High Street, Camberley! I honestly couldn’t praise the team at Vision Express in Camberley enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind and professional. Tammy, the Store Manager, was absolutely lovely. I wasn’t having the best day, but her understanding, reassurance and positivity made such a difference. The support she gave me, and especially the way she was so kind and positive with my little girl, had a huge impact and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. She really went above and beyond. Zahir was incredibly calm and professional while carrying out our eye tests. He immediately put us at ease and was so patient throughout the whole process. Seb then took over and provided fantastic customer service while finalising my purchase for my son’s glasses. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process straightforward. On my second visit today, Josh was brilliant. He was so patient and helpful while I was choosing my frames, taking the time to help me find a pair that I genuinely felt comfortable and confident wearing. His kindness and patience really stood out. There was also another lovely young gentleman who helped me along side Josh , although unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. Overall, what an amazing team! Every member of staff I came across was kind, patient, professional and genuinely caring. It’s not often you come away from a shopping experience feeling so well looked after, but the whole team made such a positive impression. A huge thank you to Tammy, Zahir, Seb, Josh and the rest of the team at Vision Express Camberley. You should all be incredibly proud of the service you provide. ❤️

  Popped into Vision Express in Camberley to see if they could fix my sunglasses (screw had snapped off in the hinge between the lens and the arm, initially Seb said the glasses would need sending off to the laboratory to be fixed, After looking a second time, he said he may have a tool on site that could do the job and thankfully he did. Many thanks, Seb’s. Great work much appreciated. Would highly recommend vision express in Camberley

  Amazing customer service from Tammy. Explained about my grandad glasses being broken and needing a new arm. She offered to do it in 30 mins. Came back and they were good as new. Thank you so much-very much appreciated 🤩🫶
