Highly recommend The store had some real problems over the Tiffany frames I had chosen. First came black not tortoiseshell and were a 10 mm bigger frame. 2nd still wrong but Tammy was most helpful in securing exact lenses chosen. I am now very pleased with my new specs.

- JNJames NorrisMay 12, 20262.0Visited this vision express to get my frames and prescription done via my works private health care, everything went smoothly, I was told as one of their unique selling points that I could have the glasses polished & cleaned whenever I’d like. Since having the glasses for a little over 8-months I have picked up some very very small scratches on my lenses, nothing cutting to deep, just visually annoying from where I’ve accidentally put them down on their front. I went into this shop over the weekend and was greeted by a very unpleasant and unhelpful brown haired lady with glasses on, she didn’t even inspect my glasses just instantly turned me down and repeated that I just need to send the glasses off and replace the lenses, didn’t even hold my glasses to see the scratches or try to clean them up for me… these aren’t your run of the mill frames, they’re £350+ Tom Fords, terrible customer service, even thought this was through my health insurance I won’t be returning nor using Vision Express again 👍
