    Emma is a real gem. I’ve been wearing hearing aids all my life, Siemens, Widex, various Phonak. Only my current (Phonak) ones provide me with a clear voice and no occlusion. They are the top of the range, so expensive, but very worth it. Emma is kind and clearly loves her job. She is not there for the sales pitch but for proper advice. Well done to you and keep it going. I’m not surprised you’re so busy. Incredibly difficult to find a good hearing specialist these days!
