- RJRIJO JOSEAug 7, 20251.0We had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Amplifon. We originally booked an appointment for 3:45 PM. Then they called us and asked us to come at 4:00 PM instead, which we agreed to. We arrived early at 3:50 PM and patiently waited... and waited... until 4:30 PM. After sitting there for 40 minutes, someone at the reception finally told us that the lady we were supposed to see was not answering her phone and wouldn’t be coming at all. This is something they could have told us much earlier – or better yet, informed us before we even came in. Yes, they served coffee – but that doesn't make up for the complete waste of time, inconvenience, and lack of respect for our schedule. We dropped everything to be there, only to be told last minute that the appointment had to be rescheduled. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. They should have informed us much earlier and not left us waiting around. Very disappointed and seriously reconsidering using their services again. Not professional at all.

How can a shop be closed for this long. Terrible service!
