    Awful company, bad salesperson and hearing aids don't work properly and my mum is still waiting for refund 5 months later..now they are trying to charge her full amount when she doesn't even have the product.

    Be aware of this branch! They are trying to get money from you! The person who did my free trial testing asked for bank details for something that is from another branch. He is not professional and many time he has to go the his boss to ask for solutions. It is so obvious that he had no experience. Just be careful.
