  I didn’t like the way the guy dealt with me was not friendly or welcoming, a bit condescending and dismissive of my problem not being able to tolerate hearing aids so far. He said they only dealt with hearing not tolerance and if I couldn’t tolerate there was nothing they could do 😳 whose to say a more up to date hearing aid would have suited me

  Over one year ago I left a glowing review of the service we received for my elderly parents. It is a shame that after purchase the aftercare and service goes down so terribly downhill. Having been told different things by Colleen at the Epsom branch and chasing, my poor mum is still left with one hearing aid while waiting for the other to come back from repair. Send back dates changed each time I have called and is unacceptable. She has had one fall due to feeling unbalanced and is absolutely miserable. Shocking service and promises to look after her definitely a load of rubbish.The audiologists we have seen have been great but to get to them be prepared for stress if you ever are able to get through in the first place. Go elsewhere where they offer a better level of service for the money you pay.

  Wonderful customer service - my mother is visiting and had a problem with her hearing aid. All solved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
