  I called because I had a UTI and was unable to get into the store due to having a bad back. The phone was answered quickly by a very nice lady who handed me over to the pharmacist called Victor. He assessed my symptoms over the phone and issued me a course of antibiotics. Thanks again, really great service and customer care

  Never answer their bloody phone even when stood next to it doing absolutely nothing.. as ive watched them do it repeatedly.. been ringing off the hook for over an hour every time its unacceptable.. this place is a complete joke!!!

  Every month I struggle to get my medication from tesco pharmacy, I've been calling the number provided I would say around 10 times now and each time it comes back saying "it's been impossible to connect you... All I want to know is if my medication is ready to be picked up... I suffer with eupd and the medication provided helps with my moods, stress and emotions. I know this number works because I've called it before.

  Poor service, very dismissive of my symptoms, basically had the tone that I was wasting their time 🙄🙄🙄 next time I shall insist on being seen by a real doctor at my GP.
