Not a happy customer. I phoned in yesterday about a prescription item to collect, which a very helpful lady arranged. On going in today, the server was extremely off putting and difficult, and quite rude in fact, discussing loudly that she couldn't fill the order completely, and I'd need to get another prescription from my doctor, or take my business somewhere else. I was told it would take a further half an hour to print the label. I understand the issues, but rudeness is completely out of order, and this woman need retraining. Zero customer care skills.

I was so impressed with the service I received at Yeovil Tesco extra this morning. They were kind, informative and professional at all times. I appreciate them all the more because of the constant pressure they are under. I thought it was particularly lovely when they greeted some of the elderly customers by name. Personal service, above and beyond. Thank you
