  Lovely store, with lovely staff. Went for a training session today and was shown around promptly and made to feel welcome by all staff members I came into contact with. Very presentable store and nice location.

  Excellent service—very professional and polite throughout. I visited to renew my contact lenses, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

  Outstanding! Firstly, I just wanna say from start to finish the whole service I experienced and have experienced over the years has been brilliant. I have a diagnosis of ADHD and autism so things like this can be quite daunting for me, Especially when it’s busy. I did, however go to Specsavers once just because I wanted To try them out. Without being negative towards that Company, the whole thing was so overwhelming, Confusing, I’m waiting around a long time. The staff in Taunton branch of vision express are just absolutely brilliant. At most of all, I wanna say how incredible my Optician was, Ravinder Gill At the Taunton branch. He was so welcoming, So kind, efficient and quick and give me the information I needed to know and Explained it in a human way rather than in a technical way. He was smiley happy friendly good vibe, such a lovely man! Made me feel so ease and relaxed He’s absolutely brilliant!! Highly recommend this branch, and the wonderful people who work there!
