  Had a call from a female pharmacist yesterday following a 111 call, she was incredibly rude and she should not be involved with speaking to customers. Very dismissive and said " well we close in 16 minutes so there's nothing I can do" ..........

  This pharmacy has become so bad. All I wanted was the morning after pill. Waited in line and then was told to wait for a consultant to see me, I waited for about 10mins and when the lady came up to me she said she couldn't see me because they are closing in 5mins and I should have timed it better and come earlier. Well I did time it correctly but you had me waiting for you for about 10mins plus the time I had to wait in line. It's absolutely atrocious that I was told I should have timed it better and should have come earlier when this was the only time I could actually get to the pharmacy. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, why does it even exist when all they do is waste your time.

  I phoned 111 over a suspected blood clot and was referred to Tesco pharmacy. I was told that I would speak to them by phone before needing to go see the pharmacy who would carry out a physical examination. I received a phone call who I guess was the pharmacy as the line was very bad. She just told me to buy some cream and to see my GP tomorrow. Not interested in seeing me. Guess it's a nice little money maker to get the money from 111 for dealing with patients.

  Usually great service when dealing with my husband's prescriptions. Went tonight after a week's holiday in France where I received a few insect bites - which I was concerned had become infected. The lady behind the counter went to speak with the pharmacist who said that they can only deal bites in the UK. He did not come to see me or look at the bites. Checked when I got home and this doesn't appear to be correct.
