  Usually great service when dealing with my husband's prescriptions. Went tonight after a week's holiday in France where I received a few insect bites - which I was concerned had become infected. The lady behind the counter went to speak with the pharmacist who said that they can only deal bites in the UK. He did not come to see me or look at the bites. Checked when I got home and this doesn't appear to be correct.

  Took our 22 month old to the pharmacy as recommended by 111 as she’d been vomiting more than 4 hours. The pharmacist was so dismissive and rude, wouldn’t give a prescription that we requested that was just for piece of mind for us. Then when we asked a simple question upon leaving she said ‘how would I know’. For a health professional, disgusting service, she acted like she couldn’t care at all and just wanted us out. Definitely avoid and go to boots in the triangle.

  Thank you for advising me to go to my gp as might need antibiotics. You were right had a bad chest infection . Great to know we have such valuable people

  Friendly, lovely staff that are always happy to help and advise. Low waiting times, always open late and wasy access for all.
