  Doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy gave it a couple of hours for them to get it ready when I went back they said we don’t stock anything anymore they have to order it in every day. So an urgent medicine the doctor prescribed and I have to wait 24 to get it. It’s a joke this pharmacy used to be the best but I will be going elsewhere, just wish they read their own reviews

  Pharmacy assistant Lisa is the most unprofessional, argumentative, lying and unhelpful technician there. Which is such a shame as the rest of the staff are quite the opposite. If you don't usually take high blood pressure medications, you will definitely need one after dealing with her. Super shame

  My experiences have always been good. One reviewer complained because there were other people in front and she then took here defrosted food back and swapped it over , lets hope the customer that bought that re frozen food did not get ill from it.

  Used to be ultra convenient with flexible opening hours and a message to collect prescription. Now on more the one occasion, they don't contact you at earliest opportunity to say they can't complete prescription items and just leave you with no information chasing them for a partial prescription. This then means a trip round local pharmacies to see if they can help each time. The simple fix to this would be at earliest opportunity contact you or simply admit they are incapable of completing your order. Moving elsewhere.
