  Today I had my second adjustment appointment at Boots Hearingcare in Solihull. My appointment was scheduled for later in the day, but as I was passing by, I popped in to see if they could bring it forward and save me another trip. To my surprise, Falak Akram was incredibly helpful and even postponed her lunch break so she could see me straight away. That’s what I call excellent customer service. I had a few questions about the settings on my hearing aids and the app, and everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. The shop was spotless, all the staff were very welcoming, and the air conditioning was excellent—especially during the current heatwave! I could happily have stayed there all day. Thank you, Falak, for going above and beyond. Your kindness and dedication are very much appreciated.

  My experience was very good. All the staff were helpful and friendly but especially Aya who was the audiologist, was was lovely, kind, chatty and professional.

  Very friendly & professional service from Claire. Fantastic to be able to access free hearing test - helps to normalise getting our hearing checked just as we get our eyesight and dental health checked regularly. Thank you!

  I wanted to share a truly superb experience with Boots Hearing care and audiologist Falek. She took time to understand my hearing difficulties, went through a detailed hearing test and allowed me a brief trial with the hearing aids. I had time to consider the differing sophistication of the available aids and their cost and returned after a couple of weeks for another unhurried and very helpful consultation. I am now fitted with the aids which are truly excellent. I love the bluetooth connectivity and the comfort and ease of use . In particular I appreciate the time taken and explanation during my visits to the hearing centre. I cannot fault this service.

  I noticed at times I took effort to listen. I chose to pop into Boots Hearing, Solihull. I found the booking easy, free and with friendly people. Thank you Maariyah and Ben. I will share with friends and recommend getting heating checked and becoming aware of how well your hearing is!
