    I received my (x2) spectacles 2 weeks ago,one pair was faulty. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jemma (Sunderland/Bridges)...she went above and beyond,I am now in the process of getting x2 AI lenses,new frames...Jemma gave me advice,took measurements which were not took previously over previous years.I praised her at the time,I also said ALL your colleagues should be trained to your standards,treat all your customers with fresh eyes (no pun intended)....So I wait in anticipation for my new spectacles and a further review 😀
