  Great tour of the facilities and membership options at David Lloyd Sunderland. Chloe was lovely and accommodated me at short notice. She answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made the whole experience welcoming and informative.

  Came in today for a look around and to get a feel of the facilities/memberships on offer. Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the different classes and the venue as a whole. She answered all of my questions and went through all of the different options available to me. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was a bother with my million questions. She made the visit so relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much for all of your help, I’m looking forward to returning for my first class as a member!

  I joined with my family a few weeks back. Chloe showed us around, she was great and managed the whole sign up process effectively. We had a couple of membership queries following sign up which were dealt with quickly. Overall the facilities are good, you do have to be quick and book in early for some of the more popular classes, e.g. Blaze. Hopefully we’ll see and Padel here in the near future. Overall all good and happy we’ve joined

  Singed up to David Lloyd year ago and absolutely love it really friendly staff. My daughter does the kids activities and loves scooter club the staff engage with the kids really well. The DL Kids team staff are amazing and my daughter comes out happy and excited about what at she’s been doing

  Been at this club 5 years, i brought over 3 people on my account and let’s just say never again! Very disappointing customer service. I’ve tried twice to escalate my cancellation issue, but my concerns have not been properly addressed. I’ve been told I must continue paying for three months despite my relocation which is allowed in the contract, without being shown the specific contractual clause that prevents earlier cancellation. I’ve now had to find the CEO’s details myself because the club refused to provide them. Very poor way to treat a paying member of 5years! Avoid at all costs just there to take take take.
