  We joined this gym because my daughter & son in law have been members for a few years, the visit & tour was brilliant, we like what we saw and joined, platinum, unfortunately because they are spending £4 million on a refurb they have opened up memberships for 14 to 18yr old, now it is completely overrun with teens, towel slapping and chasing each other in the changing rooms, 6/7 off them at each machine in the gym, steam room, sauna, forget about it your not getting in for kids, its an absolute nightmare, not enjoyable at all, kind of ruined the experience.

  Withdrew multiple tennis courts and never endeavoured to compensate members who used them and pay for the platinum membership to access them.

  The staff here forget they actually are staff and are meant to assist people, especially emma! most of them are lovely but a certain few seem to think they own the place and make a face if you ask them any questions especially this emma here

  I would like to say how I was treated today in your club. TJ was the sales consultant and he was absolutely amazing there was nothing he didn’t know and I found him very professional and so kind and helpful offering advice it’s not very often you feel someone really enjoys their job but it shows he was great!!
