  Initial service was good, but sadly it has become obvious that there is no real interest in customer service. The Quarry Street, Hamilton, hearing centre closed and no provision was made at the other Hamilton store, leaving customers to travel either to East Kilbride town centre or to Glasgow when any checks or repairs are required. This is totally inconvenient, and often impossible, for elderly customers like my own mother, who was merely told that this is now company policy. The attitude was basically “take it or leave it”. She really wishes that she had decided not to be a Boots customer in the first place! Avoid!!
