  My visit to Vision Express for an overdue eye test was a pleasant experience. All staff were very friendly and explained the eye test procedure very well. Looking forward to getting a new pair of spectacles soon!.

  Had a good experience better than i expected. The place was tidy and clean. Customer service was good from all staff especially from the young girl named Irba, who helped my husband with his new glasses. She is an outstanding bundle of joy. Just amazing.

  Told off because hadn't had eye in 18 months, then told ouldn't be able to drive within a yr unless had cattarahs done, then

  Visited after poor service from another opticians. Daniel was fabulous, listened to what my issue was without dismissing it as nothing and explained clearly what was happening with my eye, professional and thorough and will visit again for a contact lens trial.
