  Vision express slough in tesco, disappointed, staff are not very good with communicating with one another. Had a pair of glasses done, that was fine, but then was told by the lady that the lense are not as strong as written in the prescription as the optician wanted me to take them away and try them on for a few weeks, if not satisfied then come back will do another eye test which was free then take it from there. As the number changed again I gave them my glass so they could fix correct lenses. Been waiting for a couple of weeks no up dates every time phone the store they keep saying did u give your own frame, ok let us make enquiries and we will call you back. And they never did been three times same old story will call u back. Get fed up as need them glasses as without them my eyes are straining. What do I do as it's getting rediculous. They want money up front but not willing to provide the service.

  While the optician carried out the test efficiently, the pre appointment experience was left wanting. There was a long wait and during the wait some staff appeared to be engaged in private conversations.
