  I had a great experience at Vision Express in Tesco Walkden. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, with special thanks to Rebecca for her excellent service and helpful advice. There was a wide selection of glasses to choose from, with plenty of styles and options available. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, and I felt well looked after throughout. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for professional eye care and a great choice of eyewear.

  Great experience from all the team at vision express walkden especially the blonde sales assistant ( sorry didn't catch her name) but she helped me choose the new Ray Ban Meta glasses and explained all the features 😀 on them can't wait to collect them Definitely would recommend...5* treatment thank you

  I was very pleased with my current eye test. There were many questions asked about my health and eyes and many answers to my questions . I would definitely recommend vision express Walkden overall it was a pleasant experience thankyou xx

  I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team at Vision Express Walkden, especially Optician Ishaq Ali, Rebecca, and the other assistants who helped me during my visits. I have a complex eye condition involving macular dystrophy, and I previously struggled with glasses that were uncomfortable and caused fatigue. From my very first visit to Vision Express Walkden, I felt welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Initially, reading glasses alone did not solve my problem, but thanks to the 100-day prescription guarantee and the patience of the team, we were able to continue working towards the right solution. Ishaq Ali carefully listened to my concerns and understood my need for varifocal lenses with a long corridor and wide intermediate zone suited to my daily work and lifestyle. The new varifocal glasses are excellent. I can wear them comfortably without tiredness or strain, and they feel natural in real-life situations. This has made a huge difference to my daily comfort and confidence. I particularly appreciated that Ishaq Ali allowed me time to try the glasses properly in real-life conditions rather than rushing decisions during the appointment. That understanding and professionalism meant a great deal to me. Rebecca and the rest of the team were also kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process. After difficult experiences elsewhere, I truly felt that the team at Vision Express Walkden listened to me as a person and cared about achieving the best outcome for my vision needs.
