  Attended annual check up. Very impressed with the thorough and detailed examination carried out by Aneesa. She was brilliant in explaining the different tests carried out and the corresponding results.

  Avoid by all means. They treat customers in a very bad way and talk impolitly. Very bad experience with this shop. Not recommended at all.

  Loved the optician who carried out the eye test. But the ladies on the front desk aren’t the most welcoming and are in no rush to help.

  Appointment is needed for an eye test. I have been recently and it feels very safe to use during the current situation. I have used John Lewis opticians for my last two eye tests and find them friendly, professional and accurate (I started using them after one company issued me with the wrong prescription twice). They have a large range of frames to choose from which is another reason for using them.
