Went to collect them from Tesco Shrewsbury, I was presented with one pair of distance glasses which were in the wrong frames and did not have the photochromatic coating, in fact they had no coating of any sort. The other pair had not even been made. First time I had used Vision Express ............
- RBRos BackhouseMay 3, 20261.0had to choose one star didn’t want to gave a star - Tesco site staff totally disengaged and uninterested still dispensed glasses that were incorrectly made but suggested try for two weeks then finally suggested a re appointment for the eye test stating town opticians may have the prescription wrong although they knew the measurements were wrong for the bifocals.
