- RCRichard CartwrightNov 28, 20245.0We visited Amplifon Shrewsbury as a last ditch hope for help having reached a dead end with NHS whose aids were barely helping . The service provided by Amplifon was brilliant. We were seen within days and the Audiologist carried out tests at the first appointment. Not only that but a test set of aids were programmed and set up straight away. Our new set arrived within a couple of weeks and were adjusted for a weeks trial. Unfortunately the trial proved to be little improvement as the hearing loss was so severe. They have now been returned at no cost to us. I cant thank Amplifon more sincerely for their efforts to help and support when nobody else was prepared to try. I would thoroughly recommend their services and professionalism to anyone with more moderate hearing loss.

- RHRoberto HuggsAug 13, 20211.0Really disappointed on how how they treated my 82 year old father. They are good at telling you what you want to hear but fail miserably at delivering.
- APAmy PorterApr 1, 20165.0Amplifon in Shrewsbury provide a fantastic service! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently had inner ear hearing aids fitted, and the advice given to me by Amplifon was spot on for what I needed. Considering the vast choice of hearing aids available, I could not have chosen myself, so I am delighted with the service. The hearing aids were fitted extremely quickly and tuned to my needs. This has not only improved the quality of sound I now hear, but also vastly improved my constant tinnitus. To top it all, there are often offers on hearing aids, so they weren't as expensive as I had anticipated. Many thanks to Amplifon.
