- RCRichard CartwrightNov 28, 20245.0We visited Amplifon Shrewsbury as a last ditch hope for help having reached a dead end with NHS whose aids were barely helping . The service provided by Amplifon was brilliant. We were seen within days and the Audiologist carried out tests at the first appointment. Not only that but a test set of aids were programmed and set up straight away. Our new set arrived within a couple of weeks and were adjusted for a weeks trial. Unfortunately the trial proved to be little improvement as the hearing loss was so severe. They have now been returned at no cost to us. I cant thank Amplifon more sincerely for their efforts to help and support when nobody else was prepared to try. I would thoroughly recommend their services and professionalism to anyone with more moderate hearing loss.
