  I had a very positive experience at Vision Express Oswestry. The lady who carried out my eye test was extremely kind, professional and reassuring. She took her time, explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, and made sure I understood each part of the examination. I never felt rushed and I really appreciated how patient, friendly and attentive she was throughout the appointment. The whole service was excellent and I felt very well looked after. I would definitely recommend Vision Express Oswestry. Thank you very much for such a pleasant and professional experience.

  I'd not had my eyes tested for 15+ years. I'd 'managed' my contact lens requirements, by buying them online. In the last 6 months, I'd noticed a marked deterioration in my eyesight, so I considered having laser treatment or even lens replacements - both very expensive options. Commonsense prevailed and I realised that I should first actually check that my contact lenses were of the correct strength. Some friends told me that at some opticians, I might have to wait a few weeks to get an eye test. I walked into Vision Express and was told that I could have a sight test for glasses within 2 days and a sight test for contact lenses within 3 days - which I thought was great. Both tests were undertaken in a very thorough and professional manner - the staff were excellent. There was no 'hard sell', just very helpful advice. I found that my sight had changed significantly; I'd been wearing contact lenses that were too strong for my eyes. This was my own fault of course, but it emphasizes the value of regular sight tests. I'd heard about multifocal lens and though slightly sceptical about how they might work, I decided that I'd give them a try. I've found them to be superb; my long distance vision is brilliant and I no longer require glasses for reading. All things considered, I received excellent service from the staff of Vision Express in Oswestry. Although part of a larger chain of opticians, I received the sort of care and attention that might usually be associated with a small, family-run business. I found the whole process of buying new lenses to be very straightforward and I unreservedly recommend Vision Express (Oswestry).

  I was greeted by lovely friendly people in the shop.They tested my eyes.They helped me pick my glasses and it was a reasonable price, so a very happy customer
