  My first eye examination at the age of 70. I was a little bit nervous but was put at ease as soon as I entered the shop. The staff were very pleasant , helpful , and patient . The Optician was very professional and kind , I needn't have been nervous . I would highly recommend, Vision express , St.helens.

  It’s great store, the optician explained everything throughly. The staff was attentive and polite. Used this branch few times and it never disappoints.

  Seen on time and they were very thorough. The optician was lovely and she put my mind at rest with my eye issues. She explained everything really well.

  I recently visited vision express st helens for a eye test and new glasses. The service here is excellent, very friendly professional staff and I'd say the best experience I've had at any opticians. Thank-you to all Lee

  I just popped in to make an overdue eye test appointment, however I was booked in there and then, which was helpful. The optometrist was very professional while informing me about the condition of my eyes. The lady I delt with was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to choose the correct frames. I decided to go with the meta AI glasses which I'm really excited about. Thanks Vision Express St Helens for looking after me and showing care and understanding.
