  I'm not sure who I've just spoken to on the phone, but absolutely disgusting attitude towards me. Didn't introduce themselves and then ended the call rudely and abruptly. Less than helpful. Didn't even apologise for any inconvenience. Why work in a helpful role if you can't be helpful, or nice.

  I actually thought I was invisible whilst visiting the other day, the one person in the pharmacy looked over at me three times before deciding to come over and rather rudely ask what I wanted. Her attitude and mannerisms are totally unacceptable to a customer, had I spoken to her the way she spoke to me a security guard would have been called upon. I'm sorry if I interrupted her computer work, but my medication is far more important and I expect to be treated how you expect to be treated too, not like an inconvenience.

  Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the pharmacy staff at Tesco Wath upon Dearne. Yet again they are unable to provide the controlled drugs on my prescription which I need to manage my pain as. result of having cancer. The woman had a smirk on her as she advised me to drive round to find a pharmacy that might have my medication in stock. I advised her that I thought her attitude stunk so her colleague joined in the discussion advising me that the woman hadn’t said anything? I only hope that the woman is never in my position of relying on someone to get essential media action only to find they thought it amusing. If they were aware that they could not get my medication why didn’t they inform me? no that would suggest that the pharmacy was actually in place to serve the community and not just there to make money.
