  I actually thought I was invisible whilst visiting the other day, the one person in the pharmacy looked over at me three times before deciding to come over and rather rudely ask what I wanted. Her attitude and mannerisms are totally unacceptable to a customer, had I spoken to her the way she spoke to me a security guard would have been called upon. I'm sorry if I interrupted her computer work, but my medication is far more important and I expect to be treated how you expect to be treated too, not like an inconvenience.

  I can't believe some of these reviews, For a start the telephone comunication system is not the fault of the pharmacy staff it is a fault with the store. I have NEVER had any problems at all and find all of the staff pleasant and extreemly helpful . From time to time the pharmacy is a little busy and we all feel a little frayed around the edges . Just stop and think how this must feel for the staff who are doing thier best to help everyone in difficult circumstances and some people can be very rude .A little patience and understanding goes a long way

  Abysmal service. Repeat prescription turn around should be 48 hours. Go in after 72 hours and they still haven't printed off the script so I've been asked to wait another 2hours. 5 staff behind the counter watching 1 person work. This isn't a one off it happens every month that I order my prescription. If o could give the1 star I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!!!
