  I am beyond angry with this pharmacy. I urgently needed a prescribed ointment, and due to their incompetence, I've been waiting a week and still haven't received it. They've all passed the buck, mixed up the prescription, and given me the runaround every day, telling me it would be ready the next day when it never arrived. I've been in pain for a week waiting for the ointment that never seems to come. I'm switching pharmacies; this is no way to treat people.

  If I could give no stars to Tesco Rotherham Phamacy I would. I really would not recommend this pharmacy at all, Been using since August 2025 and every month after ordering my repeat prescription I wait and wait - and nothing. So after 8 days - yes I said 8 days I go to ask where it is and they always have the prescription but it's never ready so they make me wait 15 mins to get it ready. The customer service varies from polite but never apologetic to incredibly rude. Just today same again but this time I got excuses about the system crashing so I pointed out (not rudely) it's always not ready after 8 days of waiting and her response was not to apologise but to say she can give me the prescription so I can take it elsewhere to get it!!!!. I mean really I should go elsewhere cos Im the problem!!!! I've waited 8 days and I need my medication and I'm wrong to ask for it, wrong to discuss the delay I'm experiencing every single month. I did not understand her response. I wasn't rude,I wasn't shouting but calmly I just pointed out it's always delayed every month but obviously her response did upset me. It was out of the blue and completely unnecessary and so I did proceed to say I would be changing pharmacies as I wasn't willing to wait this long every month. I did not plan to say this, it was just a reaction to her being so dismissive of me. Her response to this was to say she would remove me from their system! So there you go as a customer you are always wrong at this pharmacy she tried to not fill my prescription and tried to remove me from the system. To be honest her words felt like a scripted, well used line to make the customer feel like they are in the wrong, to shut down a customer, to shift the blame to the customer when they are not happy with the bad service. This is not an isolated problem to just me, it seems to be the way the pharmacy is run. Whilst there today it happened to the other two customers they encountered the same issue. So the bigger question is If I didn't ask where my medication was after 8 days, how long would it actually take?

  DISGUSTINGLY RUDE FEMALE PHARMACIST WITH SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM. I went here for the 1st time on 10/2/26. I politely asked the Tesco labeled jacket wearing assistant if she could check if the inhalers I needed were in stock, I produced a screenshot of my NHS app QR code & she said our system can't do that we need your actual NHS number. So I logged into the app & gave it to her. She then printed my prescription out & checked & told me they were in stock & it would be about 15 mins so I said that's fine, thank you. I went & grabbed a bit of shopping & came back in 15 mins. I waited another 15 mins & everyone who was after me & who came after I had done the shopping was handing their prescriptions over getting their prescriptions straight away so I queued for 10 mins & the pharmacist served me. I said I'm waiting for my prescription, she asked my name so I gave it her & said it's for some inhalers. SHE RUDELY SAID I KNOW WHAT IT'S FOR YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME & I DON'T LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE. I said excuse me? What attitude? You're the one giving me the attitude. I just politely gave you my name & mentioned what the prescription was for in case it helped, what with you just been serving so many customers and then you just gave me an attitude and a dirty look. She said "she's looking for the inhalers bcos we haven't got them all" So I said why did she tell me you had when she checked? So she's made a mistake & you're giving me an attitude bcos she's made a mistake! You need to learn how to speak to customers correctly & get rid of that disgusting attitude. I then told her to put them back on the system as I'll get them from where I normally do as I won't be letting you make any profit from me. So I won't be using them ever again. As for Tesco, it was your staff that didn't do their job right in the first place. Make sure they're trained & qualified to do such an important job. She may well be trained sufficiently but you could tell that she was in fear of this pharmacist so I suggest you look at workplace intimidation & bullying because she's obviously got an attitude problem & a chip on her shoulder. I have 5 work vans that fill up with £50+ in fuel every day 6 days a week & my own car that I put £150+ in each week & we spend £1,500 to £2,000 each month on shopping at your store so I can easily change that to a competitor, so I highly recommend that you make sure everyone that works in your store, no matter what department, talks to all your customers with respect & dignity. The next time I have a problem with any of your staff you will be losing my custom permanently.

  Awful experience, never used before. Prescription sent at 1530 Tuesday and went to collect Thursday at 1830. Prescription not event printed or sorted. They have lost 4 members of staff, like thats my issue.

  They don’t answer the phone which is quite pathetic when the whole process can be sped up if they know who was coming… Really unprofessional staff! I had to organise a sitter for me to collect my medicine only to be told it wasnt there - made me wait an hour to say it is here, wait 15 mins for it to be ready… such pathetic services!! I have seen many of the same but these stupid morons at Tesco just cant figure out why a phone line directed to the pharmacy is a good idea!!!! Whoever is in charge needs to be checked!
