  Pharmacist shows up when he feels like it. Was there at opening for 9 pharmacist no where in site. Woman behind counter rude and impolite offered no help refused to try and contact pharmacist for a time frame. I was late for work and still need to collect my prescription

  I had symptoms of sinusitis so visited the pharmacy late on a Friday evening. I was very quickly seen by a very friendly pharmacist who gave me a consultation under the Pharmacy First scheme. He discussed my options thoroughly and gave me advice on how to take the recommended medication. I took a note of his name as I left because its rare that I get really good service and feel like I'm being listened to and empathised with. He was called Paulash Haider. I left with antibiotics for my sinus issue after a short wait and was really impressed with Tesco pharmacy.

  Unhelpful Have been twice in the past 2 weeks for prescriptions. Items not in stock, no offer to order or see if they're available just 'no, none in' very couldn't care less attitude Unlike a well known chemist in town who were brilliant..... goodbye Tesco pharmacy.

  Very poor Pharmacy with rude staff. I have been in twice now to get a prescription only to be told that they do not have the drugs I need. I would accept it if it was a one off, but to go back and be told the same is a shambles.
