  Since having children I find it harder to fit my training into my daily lifestyle unless I train early mornings, or late evenings. Since using the David Lloyd Kids classes, it has allowed me to be able to do my own training while my daughter goes to her classes and gives us both the me time that we need to be the best versions of ourselves.

  I had a really positive experience with Jess, the New Membership Consultant. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, genuine and down to earth. She took the time to show me and my partner around the club properly and, most importantly, I never felt rushed or pressured into joining. I have fibromyalgia, so I had quite a few questions and concerns about whether the club would be suitable for me. Jess was really understanding of my condition and made me feel genuinely looked after throughout the tour. She took the time to listen, answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with everything before making my decision. She was also really lovely with my partner, Gina, and the three of us had a really natural and comfortable conversation. That made a big difference to me because joining at around £200 a month is a significant commitment, and I wanted to feel confident that I was making the right decision. By the end of the tour, I genuinely felt that I was in good hands and that David Lloyd could be a really positive place for me to improve my fitness and wellbeing. Jess played a big part in that. She was professional, caring and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find something that would work for me rather than simply making a sale. Thank you, Jess, for making the whole experience so comfortable and positive. You were a big part of the reason I decided to join.

  Great club. Unfortunately, it's also home to an impressive collection of people who apparently see disabled bays as VIP parking. If you've got a Range Rover, Defender, or a massive work van, and a complete disregard for anyone else, you'll fit right in here.

  Horrendous experience going to this club… no aircon, all the toilets were extremely blocked flooded or covered in poo. Outdoor pool is next to a busy noisey main road - hardly relaxing or a nice environment to hang out. Kids softplay is completely unsafe - most of the kids were climbing 4-4 meters high over the top of the frame and round the back of it. Several areas of the club are depressingly dark and dingy with no windows and poor lighting. We didn’t stay long. And won’t be coming to this club again. For the extortionate price of the membership you’d expect 5 star service. This had more like less than 1 star hotel vibes.

  We joined David Lloyd a month ago and it has been so good to bring the kids in and get them active and busy. Jess has been really helpful to us - we were struggling to book a start-up session initially and Jess, Emma and Carlos all made sure this happened. The classes I have attended have been great and we've been able to play Pickleball and Padel. The piece de resistance has been the pools for the kids and spa for the adults and using our guest passes has bee really helpful. I'm confident that we will continue making the most of the club.
