  I went for my eye test this week and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Helen, the optometrist, was excellent as always. She takes great care of my eyes, makes sure I have the correct prescription, and carefully checks the back of my eyes, which is particularly important for me as I have floaters. She was thorough, caring and patient throughout the appointment. Tahani, the sales consultant, was also excellent. She took the time to show me the different glasses available and helped me find the styles that suited and fitted me best. I also had the opportunity to try the Meta glasses, which was a really interesting experience! Overall, the care, patience and service I received were outstanding. A 5-star experience and highly recommended!

  Theres this mean looking and rude lady thats so annoying she speaks unprofessionally. The customer is always right and even more if its about PRESCRIPTION glasses but instead she wants to be mean and respond in a micro-aggressive way to a customer (me) and others who had come in the store. She's complaining about there being customers... as if thats not the whole point of the store being there. Just Rude and aggressive omd
