  I had a warm welcome and a thorough eye exam and options explained well. Staff went above and beyond to help me choose frames and lenses option and arranged a good payment plan. Over all very good service.

  Excellent customer service from every member of staff and I interacted with all of them during my visit. Every question I asked was answered with an easy to understand answer. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

  I felt my eye test on 1st June 2026was very short, only about 15 minutes.. Previously I have had a hand held ophthalmoscope and quitw lengthy examination with it.I have previously had the advanced eye test, so I feel that was not the reason. I also did not have a print out of all the costs and the frame detao;s. I should like to have this.On a positive note I should like to mention the wonderful attention by the young ladywho helped me choose my new frames. Erna Yule

  I had my very first eye test at Vision Express two days ago, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Helen made the whole eye test process feel easy, comfortable, and relaxing, which really helped as I was a little nervous for my first test. Lisa was also incredibly helpful when it came to choosing my frames. She was so patient and kind, and even suggested that I send pictures to my mum while trying on the glasses so she could help me decide on the perfect pair. Such a thoughtful idea! She was a truly lovely lady. Thank you both for making my first experience so positive and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Vision Express.
