  I was very happy with Sheywan who was able to check a problem I was experiencing and complete a report for my doctor. Generally I have received excellent service from all staff who are very efficient and helpful.

  Been using them for years and I have to drive from Burnham on sea as they say nowhere closer does the contact lens..today I rang them to just check when they last sent me lenses as it seemed ages ago to find them haven't sent me any since February but still continuing to take myoney every month to get" you will get them when you book an appointment" I asked why they haven't sent me a reminder in any way shape or form to be told that's upto you. disgusting cos they would of still taken my money every month for nothing.. now got to take a day off work and get to cribbs for an appointment which I was told I should get everything from February sent to me so fingers crossed and watch this space.

  I was really apprehensive about going for my eye test as I've recently lost my hearing. They were so helpful the helped me understand what I could get. Definitely not a cheap or budget store but a great range of glasses, hearing glasses and meta

  I was seen by an optometrist called Shyen Wong. She was borderline rude from the moment I went into the room. She then did the eye test and, when changing the lenses she asked ‘which is clearer or 2?’ Then answered (herself) ‘the same’ She continued to do this throughout the test to the point where I was so confused I had no idea which lens was best! I felt like asking her why I had bothered coming in for an eye test when she knew all the answers herself! I would refuse to have another test with this woman.
