  Turned away today because my 5 year old daughter was having a meltdown and she was ‘distracting’ the pharmacist because she was making too much ‘noise’. Very rude and confrontational pharmacist, we only wanted some eye drops.

  When it was finally my turn, they told me they needed to check my query with the pharmacist first, so I waited another 10 minutes. Then they said the pharmacist needed to see me. I decided to leave and went to the pharmacy next door instead. I got the cream I needed in less than five minutes, with no hassle.

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. Refused to issue meds for a 111 emergency request. The pharmacist even argued with the 111 operator on the phone and still refused to issue meds. Probably because of the color of my skin. I had to ask the 111 operator to redirect the request to Boots pharmacy next door and they issued the meds in 5 minutes. Avoid this place at all cost. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there's no option to give zero stars.
