I've been using this pharmacy for a while, and the team are genuinely excellent when it comes to over-the-counter advice. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with general treatments and queries. The problem is consistent and specific to prescription collection. On one occasion I was told my prescription would be ready in half an hour; I returned 25 minutes later and was told it would now be another hour. On multiple occasions, a repeat prescription sent electronically from my GP surgery took a full week to process, and when I chased it, I was told it would need another week — by which point I would have already run out of my medication. For over-the-counter needs, I'd happily recommend this pharmacy. For anything prescription-related, especially repeat or time-sensitive medication, I'd think carefully, as the delays have been repeated rather than a one-off.

Honestly the worst pharmacy ever. Don't bother to come here if you want medication. The staff don't know what they're doing and they're very rude. It's like they don't like their job here if you don't like your job find somewhere else to work
