The treatment I have been given is absolutely appalling. I have had a very stressful few weeks and forgot to order my prescription from my doctor's. I put a request through on NHS 111 for an emergency prescription to collect there. When I went, the lady asked me why I hadn't ordered my medications on time. I told her I simply forgot. She then told me that I should order when the GPs are open, because otherwise it makes her job harder. The attitude and judgement she gave me was awful. People make mistakes, which is why there are systems like this in place. Before leaving, she rudely reminded me to "make sure I order it properly next time". I am truly shocked at the way I was spoken to.

I’ve been a customer at the pharmacy for many years where I collect my regular medication. It really saddens me to see how much abuse these dispensary staff receive from some customers, I’ve unfortunately witnessed this on several occasions, people shouting and swearing at them! They work long hours and have a difficult job to do! So awful to see them being abused by customers, it’s not on! :(

Rude Irish pharmacist with very poor customer service skills when dealing with someone with mental health problems. Avoid and use another pharmacy that has compassion and experience in dealing with people that are on the edge .
