  RUDE AND POMPOUS! I ordered my insulin etc on the 12 th dec and wanted to just walk in at 8 am and pick it up but was met with the most rude lady I have ever met according to her I wasn’t important enough to deal with even after explaining that I had run out of insulin, she then blamed the rookery medical ctr so I rang them and she still wouldn’t speak to them . Oh then security popped over with his chest pumped out so he got short shrift and then I got told they wouldn’t serve me and was escorted outside by two very polite ladies and told not to come back !!! WOW !!! I will using Lidl from now on and lord’s pharmacy and will be getting my £400 a month fuel somewhere else .

  Beware of getting this pharmacy to order repeat prescriptions; if you don 't pick up on the exact repeat date you will lose out by however many days medication you are late by. They do not run a sensible organised re-order system.
