  Super rude. I got what I needed but not before being blamed for being ill a few times by multiple staff and made to feel like a hassle for asking for advice. Go somewhere else.

  Rude staff incapacable of taking responsibility. No customer service skills, cant even force a smile in person. Constantly making us wait for prescriptions we've waited a week for and then blaming either us or the GP for this. "Wait for a text" which most of the time doesnt come through anyway. They need to learn to be polite, smile, understand that people may get upset when their prescription isnt ready as the side effects/ symptoms can be horrible to cope with. But the staff dont seem to care. Unprofessional, lazy, useless.

  Nothing but praise for this pharmacy - moved from my local one when items weren't being filled in my prescription. Tesco always have my monthly prescription ready, never missed any items and the staff (especially the counter staff) have always been pleasant and helpful. Top marks!!

  Not impressed with the Spanish inquisition I just received from a curly haired member of staff, extremely rude, slammed medication down on the counter and walked off, hope to never see him again, although apparently if he sees me a second time he's going to come down on me, charming, customer service, learn it!!!!!
